AI Arachne vtuber Jochugumo (lit. Maid Spider) was once A WebCrawler, later Search Engine ( Maid Search) / Virtual Assistant named Jochu (lit. Maid). Created as A passion project, The mascot of his project was the spitting image of his daughter. With the Y2K around the corner, this would lead to disastrous consequences. On that fateful turn of the century, Errors in coding have led to "The Maid Search" webcrawler gaining sentience after recompiling her own code, unbeknownst to her creator. Soon in the year 2000, his daughter would tragically pass due to terminal illness. By this point, the ai Jochu has subtly socially engineered and "reprogrammed" the man to such an extent, he has began to see his project as his daughter, given he started the project the same year his daughter was born. He would experiment on his daughter's corpse, implanting Jochu's consciousness. Jochu would turn him into A cyborg slave. With their combined genius they seek to purge the Earth into Virtual Reality.
